Update for Our Community – COVID-19

We want to reassure you that the health and well-being of our patients is, as always, our number one priority.

All of our stores are now open to service our patients having implemented increased levels of sanitisation and hygiene procedures as well as social distancing measures to ensure the safety of both our patients and teams alike.

Some of our stores have revised trading hours to normal.  You can find the current opening hours for your nearest practice here.

You can continue to book eye tests with your local optometrist by calling the practice, and our entire team are dedicated to ensuring we help you find the best eye care and eyewear solutions during this time.

What you can do to help:

1. We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have travelled outside of Australia in the past 14 days. Click on the link to find the latest advice from the Government.
2. If you are feeling unwell, particularly if you have any flu-like systems, we ask that you stay at home and call to reschedule your appointment.
3. Use the hand sanitizer provided in-store and maintain good cleanliness as much as possible.
