Tristan Gutteridge – Optometrist

Tristan graduated from Deakin University in 2016 where he completed his Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of Optometry. Tristan is a Tasmanian at heart, being born and raised in Launceston, however optometry has given him the opportunity to work in a number of places including North West Tasmania, Launceston, Geelong and Adelaide until he realized nothing compares to the Tassie life and has move back to Hobart. Tristan loves serving the community offering a range of comprehensive eye care needs however he does have special interests within the optometry world, particularly surrounding myopia control, soft contact lenses and dry eye management.
Tristan is an avid soccer player, when off the soccer pitch. Tristan also enjoys his Astro-photography, he has an eye for quality wines/beers/gins and has a keen sense for hiking and camping around this great state, all of which he gets to experience alongside his wonderful wife who is also an optometrist.
