Leah McClintock – Optometrist

Leah studied optometry at Queensland University of Technology, graduating in 1995, and completed her Ocular Therapeutics in 2003. She has practiced in Launceston since 1999, with the exception of a four-year period where she worked with an eye care project in Bangladesh and also undertook studies in Community Eye Health.
Leah enjoys all aspects of optometry and retains a particular interest in eye care in developing countries as well as making eye care more available to marginalised and rural communities in Tasmania.
In her spare time, Leah enjoys spending time with her family, playing recorder, bushwalking, gardening and getting involved with events in her local community.
